Pretty Home Prints Ltd General Data Protection Regulation Policy (GDPR)
1.1 What data does Pretty Home Prints collect?
When an order is placed via our website we ask for the following information in order to process your items and dispatch them to you;
Full Name
Address
Email Address
Telephone number (optional)
This data includes your location, often your payment id (Paypal id name for example).
All payments paid via our website are secure and WE CANNOT SEE NOR KEEP ANY PAYMENT DETAILS SUCH AS YOUR CARD INFORMATION ETC.
1.2 How do we collect this data?
This data is supplied to Pretty Home Prints at the checkout process via PayPal, Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Ebay, Facebook or Instagram instant online shopping.
We receive the details you select at the time of ordering. Information is then stored on our website account, so we can dispatch your parcel to the correct address. Customers also receive an email from PayPal and third-party e-commerce holders confirming a purchase has been made and the address you have requested we send the items to.
1.3 Why do we collect this data?
We require your Full Name & Address so that we can send your parcel to the correct place of residence once it has been completed. We also ask for your email address/optional phone number, so we can get in touch with you should there be a problem or to send design previews of items should you require them. All contact information is solely for the use of customer relations within Pretty Home Prints Ltd.
1.4 Do we share this data?
Your data is not shared with or sold to any individuals outside of Pretty Home Prints Ltd and associated third party e- commerce partners.
We DO NOT share your Full Name & Delivery Address with a delivery company at the checkout process, however outside this will be applicable to the likes of Royal Mail, drop and dispatch companies who perform deliveries on our behalf and deliver couriers used so that the goods can be delivered directly.
Pretty Home Prints Ltd is confident in the companies with in which we conduct business and do not work with un ethical nor incompliant businesses.
All customers are welcome to request a list of third party partners so that they may also contact or inspect their direct compliance with GDPR.
2. Using Your Data for Marketing Purposes
2.1 Opting In
We require your permission to send any marketing or promotional emails. People must subscribe to our mailing list of their own volition in order for us to use the data you supply. If you do not your email address will never be used for this purpose.
2.2 Opting Out
If you subscribe to our mailing list but decide you would like to opt out of receiving further marketing emails you can unsubscribe at any time. There is a link on every one of our newsletters and promotional emails that will allow you to remove yourself from the mailing list. Once you have done so you will no longer receive marketing emails from Stationery Jack unless you choose to opt in at a time in the future.
3. How do we keep your data secure?
3.1 Data stored digitally
The information collected during the checkout process is stored on our websites servers. The Pretty Home Prints website is hosted through Shopify and they employ the following security measures to ensure all of the data collected is secure;

Organisational measures Shopify has a robust, cross-functional data protection program that is integrated with its information security program and includes several teams across the organisation. In particular, the data protection program includes a designated Data Protection Officer, who reports to senior management, as well as individuals from: ● Internal Security ● Legal ● Legal Operations ● Production Security ● Processing Integrity

Other third party websites we trade with are Ebay/Amazon/Etsy/Facebook & Instagram.
All of the above third parties have their own responsibility to the GDPR compliance.
Pretty Home Prints currently runs data on Two Laptops and three devices. All have up to date technical security and are password protected. Only Staff of Pretty home prints are authorised to use these devices and therefore allowed permission to any data stored by third party website.
We employ security measures on all of our devices to ensure data is stored securely.
3.2 Data stored as a hard copy
Pretty Home Prints does not store any data on hard copy.
4. Requesting a Copy of the Data we hold
4.1 The process
You can request a copy of all the data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request and are happy to do so at any time.
5. Requesting we delete all data we hold
5.1 The process
If you want us to delete all information we have on file we are legally required to do so should you request it and we are happy to do so promptly.
Pretty Home Prints Ltd have never and will never share any details that have been sent to us by our valued customers and will delete any information not currently stored via third party e-commerce (i.e messages within social media) within 30 days of the order being processed as standard.
